A coupling song for the debut single of Tsutomu Karakawa, a native of Okushiri Island, Hokkaido, who lives and works mainly in Sapporo. The lyrics were written by Ikuko Kawashima, who serves as the president of the Hokkaido Lyricist Association, and Norio Ito, a native of Sapporo, composed and arranged the song.
