samayuzame and SOMBRA have released the single "Euphoric Escape".
Inspired by the world of Wong Kar-Wai's "In the Mood for Love," the song evokes a fantastical, oriental atmosphere. The contrasting male and female vocals vividly depict a fugue from reality to illusion.
Canadian musician SOMBRA, who is a listner of samayuzame's work , contacted her, and a collaboration was born.
samayuzame wrote the lyrics, composed the music, and produced the song, while SOMBRA arranged the music.
The cover, featuring a red goldfish, was designed by illustrator furu2. Ryoma Nakamura was in charge of mixing and mastering.
