Singer-songwriter Ryunosuke Sakaguchi, based in Tokyo, released his album "Heaven's Room" on October 12, 2025, through his own label, "Totetsu Records."
For this album, Sakaguchi set aside the acoustic guitar, central to his folk singer activities.
He instead established electric guitar and two distinct keyboards as the main instruments for the work.
He completed every step of the process-lyrics, composition, arrangement, performing all parts, programming, recording, and mixing-entirely alone in his own room.
The sound reflects influences from dream pop, ambient, and religious music. It is a unique work that simultaneously captures what he describes as a "heavenly soundscape" and the "intimate, personal atmosphere of a closed room."
Mastering was handled by Souichiro Nakamura (Peace Music).
Design by Hirotaka Hori.
