From the dirt I preach defiance!

No scripture left, just fists and flame

I rise in wrath, I scream Your name!

Let judgment strike, I won’t give in!

I prayed with silence, begged with tears

But angels ran and left me here

So I forged my cross with chain and roar

But fury speaks what fear won’t name
