大きなツリーの前で撮った写真
ぎこちない二人の笑顔でも

「きっとまた来ようね」なんて
約束にもならない言葉を信じたくなる
そう思えた今日という日が

"Kimi to Aruku Akari no Naka (Walking With You in the Lights)" is the 17th song in the "Advent Story" series, told from the boy's point of view. In a winter plaza filled with food stalls, steam, laughter, and illuminations, he realizes that simply walking beside her is already something special.
They share cocoa, their gloved fingertips briefly brush, and they pick small ornaments, a star for her and a tiny bell for him. A photo taken in front of the big tree becomes a treasured proof of the night, and the simple words "Let's come again" feel worth believing in. Without waiting for church bells, he quietly makes a wish for the future, turning this day into a "new Eve" in his heart.
