Hello
Good night
We said to each other
Such as those words, usually
I miss you
It’s OK
We spend so much time together
Almost online, certainly
Leaves are falling to the ground
On and on and on…
Begin to become organic fertilizer
Such is life, turn around forever
So I’ll be then ‘till maybe a few months later
But you won’t see me anymore today
I’ll be there ‘till maybe a few months later
But you won’t see me anymore
Anymore, no more…
Hello
Good night
We said to each other
Such as these words, usually
I miss you
It’s OK
We spend so much time together
However short term to relate
Leaves are falling to the ground
On and on and on…
Begin to become organic fertilizer
This is life, circulate infinitely
そう、
出来れば数ヶ月後の
君を見ていたかった
出来れば数ヶ月後も
僕を見てほしかった
I’ll be there in maybe a few years later
Will you see me anywhere, anywhere…
I’ll be there in maybe a few years later
Will you see me anywhere
You’re “NOWHERE”
And now, here…

Tohru Shirasaki
The latest release by Tohru Shirasaki of the winey bean project is a track composed in the winter of 2023 after his relocation to Germany.
Blending pastoral acoustic tones with the mechanical, shuffled beats of a rhythm box, the song creates an organic groove. A wistful banjo accentuates Shirasaki's signature chord work and melodies, embodying the fleeting emotions of his journey from the hot springs of Nukabira, Hokkaido, to his new life in Germany.
Recording, mixing, mastering, and production were handled by his former bandmate, nehancat.
Artist Profile
Tohru Shirasaki
From 2023 on October, a Berlin-based SSW/composer Tohru Shirasaki has been playing whimsically at small venues or bars using his tiny acoustic guitar. His self-solo project, the winey bean project was primarily based in Sapporo, Japan since 2012. After a hiatus of this project at the end of 2014, gradually Tohru was becoming to have curiousy about Japan's Onsen and its culture. As a result he moved to Nukabira, one of the most rural village of Tokachi region, located in East Hokkaido. In those days he was active and into making compositions at a small-sized village house while working at a Japanese inn, his ex-job. The first album, Imakara-Kokokara has a characteristic worldview that described a richness of nature and there's life, was released in Spring of 2020. It mainly has a pastoral acoustic sound, also exists an essence from roots-music like Jazz, traditional folk, latin-music like Brazilian, Argentinian, as well as Indie / Alternative's atmosphere.
