岩手盛岡ラウド/エモーショナルロックバンドSBEが2023年8月12日に3枚目のEP、「TRICKSTER」をリリース。
前作「NewtroGrade」リリース後より都内を中心にライブを行い、楽曲の完成度やライブパフォーマンスが話題となり、注目を集めている。
毎月異常な数の遠征・ライブを行うなかで、本作は"ライブハウスで演奏する"ことを意識し、これまでより更にラウド・ヘヴィーに仕上がった。
8月12日にはリードトラック「Non-Fiction」のミュージックビデオをSBEのYouTubeチャンネルで公開予定となっている。
9月8日には渋谷CYCLONEでリリースライブを行い、11月4日には岩手 the five morioka / club change WAVEでツアーファイナル盛岡編、11月12日には渋谷 Garretでスペシャルゲストを迎えツアーファイナル渋谷編を開催する。

    Formed in 2018, SBE is an emotional rock band from Morioka, Iwate, Japan, and has remained entirely self-produced since day one. Despite being based in Morioka, the band performs over 50 shows a year across Japan, building a strong reputation through relentless touring. At the same time, SBE has expanded beyond the live house scene by contributing theme songs for the Iwate Big Bulls professional basketball team and the Iwate Morioka City Marathon 2026, while continuing to stay deeply connected to their local community. The band has appeared at major Tohoku festivals including ARABAKI ROCK FEST., OGA NAMAHAGE ROCK FESTIVAL, and Ishigaki MUSIC FESTIVAL. They have also supported tours for Survive Said The Prophet, Crossfaith, and locofrank, as well as performed at Bukurock Festival hosted by Back Drop Cinderella, steadily earning recognition for both their live performances and growing presence. In July 2026, SBE released their first full-length album in five years, *Regenerate*, followed by a 16-date nationwide tour running through November.
