CHIBA-CHIIIBA is a DJ and BEATMAKER based in Tokyo and Ibaraki, who skillfully manipulates a number of vintage samplers. As well as releasing mix CDs and analogue discs on his own Mad Dirty Production label, he also releases beats he's been building up over recent years in the form of beat tapes for digital distribution.

The beats were constructed using the MPC2000XL, one of his favourite pieces of equipment, which is indispensable for his beat-making, and the album contains a total of 15 tracks with an outstanding beat-making sense that mixes his musical roots in hip-hop, jazz, soul, funk and Brazilian grooves. Beat tape album. The artwork was shot in a private studio on a jacket that shows the passion and commitment to beat-making.

    DJ / BEATMAKER Participated in the sampler battle festival GOLDFINGER'S KITCHEN 2010 BEATCROSSBATTLE. From January 2009 to June 2017, as a member of THE GROOVE MASTERS, he was a regular DJ on Radio Tsukuba 84.2mhz "SOUND TRAVEL", broadcast every Saturday at 24:00. In 2018, he produced the limited edition 7inch single "Party Maker Tonight" for KAGURA SUNSHINE x ARUMA, and the following year he produced the BEAT for the "Party Maker Tonight" DRESS CODE REMIX. In 2019, he released BEAT "Grimy Dee" from SOUR INC. 2020 AKATSUKILABEL releases 'WHAT UP' as a 7inch single with Detroit MC Guilty simpson. In February 2021, he released his first beat collection "REPEAT THE EXPERIMENT" from MUD DIRTY PRODUCTION, and in August the same year he released a mix CD "HEAVY WEIGHT BRASILEIRO", which was produced exclusively from Brazilian sources. In January 2022, he worked on the second album "Welcome to M.T.C" by Mito-based MC I-SET-I, and in December of the same year, he handled all the beats for the first album "CHEDDAR CHEESE CROWN" by Ganger frontman MC Rintaro. And in 2023, he will release a 7" GET IT with MED (MEDAPHOAR) on the feat. in October.
