By Yuki Hayashi, in collaboration with various artists, reconstruction project "Re-Build".
Volume two will consist of, just like volume one, beautiful and intimate piano arrangements by composer Takahiro Obata(The Promised Neverland). Perhaps a good listen while relaxing, reading an interesting book or cuddling with your cat or dog.
Enjoy!
Yuki Hayashi was born in Kyoto in 1980. Being an active member in a men's rhythmic gymnastics team in his early years spawned his interest in BGM while selecting songs to complement performances. This led him to begin teaching himself music composition while at university, despite not having a background in music itself. After graduating, Yuki acquired the basics of track making under house techno DJ and sound-maker Hideo Kobayashi and started producing his first range of music accompaniments for dance sports. His experience as a rhythmic gymnast has enabled Yuki to intuitively incorporate an eclectic range of music and produce a unique sound, empowering scenes from TV drama, animation and film.
Born in 1984 in Oita Prefecture. Started playing keyboard instruments at the age of 4, and became devoted to jazz at the age of 14. Studied composition, arrangement and orchestration under Taro Kono, jazz piano under Katsuya Tamura, and classical piano under Yukiko Miyazaki. Started playing professionally at various jazz spots while attending university. As a professional keyboardist, he participated in many artists' live tours such as Inori Minase, Sarah Àlain, and Fujisawa's Music Recitation. In 2019, selected as a composer for TV anime series: The Promised Neverland. Its soundtrack won #1 place in the Best Award Soundtrack of 6th Anime Trending. Among them, "Isabella's Song" has been listened to by many people all over the world. He is specialized in fusing his own jazz style into various genres, such as incorporation with band sound, dance music, and orchestras.
