Something so mysterious, profound and wonderful that words cannot fully describe it.

Final Drop's miraculous new release after 20 years, "Mimyo", was created primarily by Japan's top DJ, DJ KENSEI, who crafts original soundscapes through diverse selections and sound control, and vibration artist GoRo the Vibratian, who manipulates the didgeridoo, kalimba, mouth harp, flute, handpan, percussion, and self-made instruments.

DJ KENSEI, GoRo the Vibratian, Kaoru Inoue, and KND--who typically work as solo artists/DJs, musicians, and sound engineers--conducted field recordings on Yakushima Island in 2002. In 2023, DJ KENSEI and GoRo the Vibratian revisited the vast archive (DAT tapes) of these recordings, digitized them, edited, reconstructed, and retouched the sound materials. Building upon this foundation through further sessions, they crafted a soundscape uniquely characteristic of Final Drop, resulting in this heartfelt masterpiece.
