Singer FLEUR, known for his diverse sonic approaches and captivatingly sweet voice, has announced the release of his long-awaited full-length album-his first in about two and a half years-following an active 2025 in which he dropped two consecutive EPs.

The album is titled neighbor. Carrying the message, I want listeners to feel this album, and FLEURs music, closer to themselves, it reflects his belief that all emotions exist in duality and coexist with each other. The collection of songs built around this theme is bound to reveal different facets depending on each listeners perspective.

In addition to previously released tracks such as 11, and Good Night, all of which exemplify his mastery of R&B stylings, the album also features THE BOOM!!! with guest rapper/producer/DJ ratiff-a member of the hip-hop unit Neibiss. Across its total of eleven tracks, the album is enriched by a lineup of distinguished producers and guest artists, continuing the tradition of FLEURs past works.

He has established a strong presence in the J-R&B scene, appearing on banners for Apple Music and AWA, and featuring on playlist covers across platforms such as Spotify. He has also actively collaborated with notable artists including Shin Sakiura, VivaOla, and NF Zessho. In May 2023, he released his first full-length album, FOREVER FOREVER, featuring a variety of guest artists, followed by his second album, neighbor, in December 2025.
