夏が終わり、空気が少しずつ冷たくなる頃。
『レッツダンス(5)』は、秋の夕暮れから深夜、そして新しい朝へ向かう時間を、ダンスミュージックで描いた15曲のアルバムです。

温かなアコースティックギター、Rhodesやピアノ、80年代を思わせるアナログシンセ、深く響くベース、4つ打ちのハウスグルーヴ、メロディックなダンスポップ、Nu-Disco、Organic House、Deep House、そして高速なDrum & Bassまで、多彩なサウンドを一つの物語としてつなぎました。

秋色の街を歩くような「Amber Night」、誰かとの距離が近づいていく「Come Over Tonight」、夜の高揚感を描く「Golden in the Night」。
恋の温もりを描いた「Amber Love」から、過去の恋と向き合う「Too Late」「Falling Leaves」へ。そして別れ、解放、記憶の受容へと物語は進みます。

後半では「Before the Frost」「Let It Fade」「Golden Mistakes」を経て、「Wake Me in Autumn」で新しい季節へ目覚め、「Golden Leaves Tonight」で自分自身の未来へ。そして「Dancing with Your Shadow」「Hold Me Through the Night」「Echo in Your Room」では、過去の面影や孤独、誰かの温もりを改めて見つめます。

切なさがあっても、立ち止まらない。
思い出を消すのではなく抱きしめながら、もう一度ビートに乗って歩き出す。

秋の夜風、琥珀色の街灯、落ち葉、星空、静かな高速道路。
15曲それぞれの景色と感情を、踊れる音楽に変えたオータム・ダンスアルバム。
