"miteë" is an alternative pop band from Tokyo. For the first time in their career, they have released two songs at the same time.

One of the two songs is "P.A.L". This song was written and composed by Kazunyo, a member of the band who plays the role of Dr. and Cho.

This song is a gentle ballad written from the perspective of a pet dog. The song is filled with vivid "lies" about not being able to live at the same time, and sings of the happiness of being immersed in the mire of peace and tranquility of loving and being loved at this very moment.
The song begins with a plaintive piano, gradually overlapping with the band sound, and the chorus features a sad guitar melody refrain with an impressive chord.

On March 2, 2024, after the distribution release, the band will perform live at Shibuya La.mama for the first time in about 1 year and 9 months.
