  Biography Formed in 2024 katassmi is a music project founded on the concept of enjoying music purely reminiscent of the early days of starting out without being constrained by numbers or evaluations. The project consists of two members each with their own main activities finding harmony in the gaps or corners of their schedules. Members MIKI Takes on vocals and songwriting. Also active as a vocalist in Octaviagrace (octaviagrace.net) and Roman so Words (roman-so-words.com/index.html). Nagao Toru Handles guitar composition and arrangement. After years of band activities now also active as a songwriter providing music to others. The project name katasumi katassmi translates to corner in English. signifies the desire to create music that lingers in the corners of listeners' hearts. The aim is to enjoy music in its purest form devoid of constraints similar to when they first began their musical journey. Their musical style is rooted in rock with influences from the world of anime openings but they are not limited to that alone. They are open to experimenting with various genres staying true to their style of challenging anything they feel passionate about. True to their concept they prioritize enjoying music above all else sharing what they believe in with the world.
