This CD, a recording of a live performance on February, 2014, at a Concert for the 400th Anniversary of Japan-Spain Relations

CD Journal review(Japan)
This CD contains a program of masterpieces from Granados and de Falla. Hosokawa's playing seems to capture Spain's dry climate and dazzling sunlight. Her slightly sharp touch and concise pedal work create a distinctive shape to the sound. However, a passionate and melancholic sentiment is also fully on display here. The performance delves into the essence of these compositions, delivering a superb display of artistry.
Tower Record Review
At the concert held in February of this year to celebrate 400 years of relations between Japan and Spain, a number of songs from both Granados and Falla were recorded under a general theme of "dance." First off, the sound of the music and its captivating feel, as if you were truly in a concert hall yourself, is wonderful. This level of passion matches beautifully with Spanish music and is quite exciting! One can see just how fully the musical score has been used, with its stresses, pedaling, and more. The music creates an indescribable atmosphere as if some magical scent were in the air. In addition, I think it's also worth noting that Falla's "Fantasía Bética" and Granados's "Concert Allegro", two tracks that aren't often found recorded, are both included.
