Born in 2001. Born in Saga Prefecture. Singer-songwriter based in Fukuoka. Started activities as Torataro in June 2019. The first distribution song "LADY" became a hot topic on radio and playlists. He is also the owner of the label ARIAS, which was launched with musicians of the same generation. From May 2021, the artist name will be changed from "Kotaro" to "Kotaro". He writes opening songs for local information programs in Fukuoka and theme songs for manga, and is active in multiple fields.
