  ivi's music style arrives at the intersection of future bass and Japanese pop culture with the intention of captivating listeners with a sentimental ambience. ivi's passion for music began in Japan with his middle school punk rock band, but evolved into an obsession for producing his own electronic music because of its endless possibilities. ivi's sound draws diverse international inspiration from his Chinese heritage, time as a Club DJ in Tokyo as well as his time in the USA as a foreign exchange student. Inspired by the soul-stirring characteristics of ILLENIUM, GRYFFIN, PORTER ROBINSON and other artists, his drops are thick and emotional.
