The second full-length album from Nakajima Misa, a virtual artist who exists within the virtual world of Second Life. A collection of AI-generated tracks that cross the boundary between the real and the virtual with ease, crystallized here into a single album.

The theme is "Shadow." Not an enemy -- but the silhouette of the self left behind, what remains after fear has been released. This album is the journey of one soul: encountering that shadow, facing it, releasing it, and then repeating the whole thing again.


[About the Album]
Nine tracks spanning three languages -- Japanese, English, and French -- across genres that range from Gothic Rock and R&B to Psychedelic Pop and Experimental Hip-Hop, all held together by the single thread of "shadow."

The opener "Introduction of the Shadow" raises the curtain with a shout: "we run to survive!" The title track "Shadow Flower" traces a flower of memory that blooms only in the dark. "Virtual Connect FR edition" -- trilingual, cinematic -- dissolves the line between virtual and real, and in doing so, begins to mirror the existence of Misa herself.

The album's middle section moves through "Cold Rain 3.0" (unreachable love and unstoppable impulse), "Honey Bunny" (self-deprecating humor worn as armor over real pain), "#LOST TRACK 126" (a shelved track resurrected, night turning slowly to dawn), and the gothic intensity of "Black Masquerade." Then "Naminoto ni Tokete" (Melting into the Sound of the Waves) brings the album to a quiet landing -- releasing the past, stepping forward slowly.

And then the final track, "Synthesize," walks in and dismantles all of it. "Their second life will simply repeat the same ending as in real life." Virtual or real, the same epilogue repeats. The album's last words: "Well, good worlds everyone." -- a dry farewell addressed to every world at once.

Her visuals are shared on Flickr and Instagram; her music videos are available on YouTube. Her AI-generated music is now available across streaming platforms, opening new questions about what an artist can be.
