Hop Step Junk! welcome to the junk shop!! migの奏でる Punk~Hip Hop~80’popを通過した 往年のグランド・ロイヤルを彷彿とさせるジャンルレスな音楽は リサイクルショップの物陰に眠っているジャンクな機材を掘り起こして創られている。 誰もが見過ごしてしまう過去の遺産にフォーカスをあてて生き返らせる。 それは90年代的だね、なんて簡単な話ではなくて migがスローガンとして掲げているチープ・パンクって思想に通じるわけ。 ちなみにmigという名はロシアの戦闘機から名付けられていて もちろんアメリカの大統領専用機エアフォースワンではなくてね。 エアフォースワン(NIKEのスニーカー)を履かなくたってヒップホップはできるし モヒカン頭にしななくたってパンクロックはできる。 つまり全てはアティチュードの問題。 migを聴いてみんなで踊るもいいし カセットに録ってスケボーしながら聴いてもいいし 一人ヘッドフォンで静かに楽しんでもいい。 migのアティチュードは自由に基づいていて、どこまでもパンクでヒップホップってわけ。 とりあえず言いたい事は 彼らがホコリまみれの機材をdigして素晴らしい楽曲を生み出しているように 今度は僕たちが日本の音楽シーンからmigをdigする番だ！ってこと Back to the few cheer!!!
