"Aethelunatica" is a concept album by Japanese lyricist Play of Color, inspired by a fictional game of the same name.

Set in a futuristic lunar city called Aethelunatica, the listener-acting as the "player"-logs in without memories, guided only by scattered emotional logs, fragments of light, and residual system data. Through these traces, they begin to explore the meaning of existence.

Each track represents a distinct area of this imaginary game world: the lunar swing (Swinginmoonlit), the endless train (Terminascentrain), the moonlit zoo (Lunazoolux), the memory-holding waters (Hydroplune), the starlit alley (Starlessglossynight), and more-seven musical scenes in total that evoke immersive zones within the city.

This album is a lunar urban exploration through sound and imagination.
"Every time you press play, Aethelunatica boots up."
