ZAIMOKU's first new release in 13 years. Moving away from the sound of its band era, this album shifts its focus to electronic instrumental music. While retaining the emotional depth that has been part of ZAIMOKU since its earliest days, it introduces a new sound through repetition and gradual development. Beginning with "Hakuzitu," symbolizing good, the album moves back and forth between the present and the past, passing through moments of uncertainty and inner conflict before arriving at "Akunin," representing evil. A story of good and evil.

Zaimoku
ZAIMOKU is a solo project by Norio Kanekiyo. Originally rooted in rock and alternative music, the project performed extensively around Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, before ending its activities in 2010. After a 12-year hiatus, ZAIMOKU returned in 2022 with a new direction focused on electronic instrumental music, releasing music exclusively through digital platforms. Following the album "Siro to Kuro" and the single "Mayonaka no Kakumei," ZAIMOKU released "Tetu to Kaze" in September 2026, marking its first new release in three years.
