ZIP UR LIPSは、東京を拠点に活動する5人組ミクスチャーラウドロックバンド。 東京スクールオブミュージック&ダンス専門学校（TSM）に在学中のJen（Gt/Vo）が、Parkway Drive、Crossfaith、ELLEGARDENなどからの影響を元にメンバーを集め、結成された。 サウンドはメタルコア、ハードロック、HIPHOP、FUNK、パンクなどを縦横無尽にミックス。ジャンルに縛られず、やりたい音楽をやりたい形で鳴らす、という想いがバンドの芯を貫いている。 重低音とスラップが効いたベース、パワフルかつテクニカルなドラム、鋭いギターソロとハイトーンボイス、そして新たに加わったDJによるスクラッチが融合し、唯一無二のラウドグルーヴを生み出す。 メンバーチェンジを経ながらも、オリジナルメンバーであるVo.Yutaro、Gt/Vo.Jen、Dr.Makitoを中心に活動を続け、現在は5人編成でさらなる進化を遂げている。 渋谷CYCLONEを拠点に、立川・新宿・横浜など都内外のライブハウスで精力的にライブを行い、2025年4月には自身初の主催イベント「When one door closes, another opens」を成功させた。 バンド名「ZIP UR LIPS」は、“うるさい奴らを俺たちの音で黙らせる”という想いからVo.Yutaroが名付けたもの。 ネットスラングである「UR」は“Your”だけでなく、「unknown range（未知の領域）」の意味も内包し、聴く者を想像を超えた音楽の世界へと導く。
