    ZIP UR LIPS is a Tokyo based 5 piece loud rock crew that throws down a wild mix of metalcore, hard rock, hiphop, funk, and punk no rules, just raw sound. Started by guitarist/vocalist Jen while studying at TSM, and heavily inspired by Parkway Drive, Crossfaith, and ELLEGARDEN, they bring the heat with high energy riffs, slapping bass, technical drums, and savage DJ cuts. The OG lineup features Yutaro (Vo), Jen (Gt/Vo), and Makito (Dr) since then, they have evolved with lineup changes and a new DJ to amp things up. You will catch them tearing up the stage at Shibuya CYCLONE, and lately in Tachikawa, Shinjuku, and Yokohama too. They just dropped their first self hosted event, When one door closes, another opens, on April 18, 2025 massive vibes only. The name ZIP UR LIPS? It means exactly what it sounds like shut it. They are here to silence the noise with their sound. UR is not just slang for your it stands for unknown range, Because they are taking you places you have never been with music that hits different.
