"Dub Walks In" is a five-track 12-inch vinyl release by Tokyo-based DUB producer
Hummingbird, created entirely in collaboration with vocalist and melodica player
ANNA OZAWA.
Blending deep DUB textures with organic vocal and melodica expressions, the record
explores a spacious sound rooted in sound system culture. ANNA OZAWA was a
member of The Slits during the Ari Up-led reunion period and is also known for her
work with Japanese dub band Dry & Heavy.

  • Hummingbird

    Tokyo-based producer He creates free-form tracks with a focus on the DUB method. He has been actively performing real-time DUB MIX LIVE all over the world. The EP "BLIND FOR DUB" series, which features artists from all over the world and presents various possibilities of DUB, is currently released up to 5. January 2021 Released the single "Don't call feat. Dan I Locks" featuring Swedish reggae singer Dan I Locks. In March of the same year, the single "Howlin'" feat. KUDAN JUZO & Ayaca Saito was released from the label Boom One Records in North Carolina, USA, which focused on bass music. In July of the same year, he participated in the compilation album of the Mexican DUB label GREEN BEATS. In March 2022, "Tower of Babylon" with RIKITAKEMAN and "SUNRISE" with reggae singer ERIKA CRYMSON were released on 7inch in April. He also broadcasts his program "Hummingbird The Dub Show" on HOT78, a Radio station in Costa Rica.
