This piece was composed as background music for a scene where children, worn out from play, climb into bed and drift peacefully off to sleep while having happy dreams. While it has the cheerful, charming feel of a lullaby, it also carries a touch of the bittersweet sentiment that comes as a show draws to a close. Sounds such as a harp, toy piano, and music box-along with toy noises like rattles-create a playful, childlike atmosphere. Designed to loop seamlessly, the track allows for easy adjustment of its duration. This version omits the first half of "Laser Beam" and extends only the second half.
