The title is "Transparent." Since the song goes, "At some point, I became a transparent presence," I chose "Transparent" as the title. "The day passes without interacting with anyone. My existence feels lighter, and my outline is blurring." Lately, even convenience stores have self-checkout, and with self-order and mobile ordering, conversation has all but disappeared. "The world is indifferent, staring only at their smartphones." Exactly. "An unbearably ennui-filled Tuesday afternoon. If I stand in the city unnoticed, just for fun, the silhouettes seeping into the scenery flicker." Somehow, it feels like the people walking the streets have lost their presence, doesn't it? Sometimes, watching YouTube feels more real than walking through the city. "Transparent beings are multiplying in the city." That's exactly right.
