"Birth of the Moon" is an album that encapsulates eight stories reflecting my life through music.
The title represents both the birth of the artist Kanano Uzuki and a play on my own name, "Uzuki".
In this album, I express emotions such as loneliness, struggles, fleeting jealousy, and the determination to live life, all woven into a diverse soundscape based on electro pop. It features melodies that are somewhat ethereal and delicate, combined with lyrics that honestly portray my own life experiences.

Kanno Uzuki
Uzuki Kanno is a singer-songwriter who creates music mainly in J-POP and dance music. With the theme of "personal music," she weaves songs like writing in a diary, capturing her emotions and experiences in a raw and honest way while continuing to craft the sounds she loves. She began composing seriously in 2022. Although she had been involved in music before, it was then that she started to engage with it more deeply, expanding her range of expression through continuous experimentation.
