新たな「うたもの」ムーブメントの火付け役となったファースト・アルバム『ロマンスカー』の売り上げを惜しみなく自宅スタジオに投入し、都内スタジオとを行き来して録音された2009年リリースのセカンド・アルバムが、本作『さみしいだけ』。全ての楽器を自ら演奏する完全ひとり多重録音で、優しく温もり溢れるフォーク・サウンドをバックに、簡潔な言葉で街の風景を切り取り、東京に住む若者たちをセンチメンタルに、ときにドライに描きだした珠玉のポップ・ソングたちは、都市生活者のためのサウンドトラック。前野健太にしか歌えない珠玉のポップ・フォークがここにはある。

    Kenta Maeno is a Japanese singer-songwriter, actor, and writer.Born February 6, 1979, from Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture. Debuted in 2007 with "Romance Car". Energetic live performances and repeated appearances at music festivals such as "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL" and "SUMMER SONIC". In terms of acting, the lead movie "Live Tape" won the 22nd Tokyo International Film Festival "Japanese Film/A Certain Viewpoint" Film Award. Appeared in TV dramas, commercials, movies, and the stage, including NHK taiga drama "Idaten-Tokyo Orympic". He has many fans in writing activities, such as publishing the essay collection "Hundred Years Later", and also provides songs and lyrics to other artists.
