  She debuted as a model for the popular teen gal magazine "egg". At the time of her magazine debut, she was a member of a famous circle and a dancer for Avex's Parapara DVD. She is a highly talented talent who is said to be known to all young gals at the time. In 2008, she gave birth to her daughter. She was ranked 2nd overall in the 2009 Ameblo ranking. As a mommy talent, she has appeared in many variety shows and events. As her hobby is cooking, she is also a junior vegetable sommelier and shares her own recipes on her blog and in magazines. She has expanded her field of activities, appearing on TV, as an MC, as a model, as a radio personality, and participating in product development projects with major companies, and has gained a high level of support from her generation.
