どちらか一方が完全に正しいわけではなくて、誰かの正義が、別の誰かの痛みになってしまうこともある。
それでも、消えない痛みを抱えたまま、もう一度前を向いて生きていくことはできる。
『Resonance』は、そんな葛藤と、再び立ち上がる決意を込めた曲です。
理性の神ガネーシャの策略により、多くの命を奪ってしまった責任に苦しむ森の女神、エレナ。
森を破壊する者と、森と共に生きる者。その双方の痛みを知った彼女は、綺麗事だけではつながれない世界の中で、それでも誰かと向き合おうとします。
そして、孤独な戦いの中で、一人の少女と出会う。
言葉だけでは届かなかった痛みが、歌によって響き合い、二人の魂が少しずつ共鳴していく。
それは、「あなたは一人じゃない」と言い切るための物語ではなく、一人で抱えていた痛みが、誰かの声と重なった瞬間、もう一度歩き出せるかもしれないと信じる物語です。
聴き終わったあと、エレナの胸を突き抜けるような歌声が、抱えている痛みを「明日を照らす生きる覚悟」に変えてくれる。
