The title "Δημήτηρ" comes from Dēmētēr, the goddess of earth and fertility. The music has no lyrics, but is the sound of the cries of nature living on the earth. The song feels dark and heavy, but it does not express loneliness, but rather the strength to survive harsh days and the strength to accept and confront everything along with living things.

In 2014, Sayuri Kusanagi won first place in the Solo Division of the National Gospel Koshien competition. She has since appeared on television, performed singing roles for overseas animations, worked as a hotel lounge singer, contributed to recording sessions as a backing vocalist, and served as a vocal coach. In Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa, she was recognized as "the only Japanese artist who can sing in the local language" and received offers to perform with percussionist Oswald Kouame. Together, they appeared in local concerts, television programs, and radio shows. Alongside her solo career, Sayuri launched the duo project inspi+ with guitarist Yoshiro Makimoto. Their genre-defying musical style and her soulful voice continue to captivate a wide audience.
