"Take a breath" is a song for those who work hard every day, often staying up late to get everything done.

In the midst of our busy lives, we sometimes tense up without even realizing it, and even our breathing can become shallow.

I created this song with the hope that, when you need a moment to slow down, you can take a deep breath in and out along with the music-and by the time the song ends, your shoulders will feel a little more relaxed and your mind and body a little lighter.
