「小林の蛍」
毎年5月下旬から6月上旬にかけ、宮崎県小林市に位置する出の山公園では幾千万もの源氏蛍が求愛のため夜空を舞う。源氏蛍は集団になると光の点滅をシンクロさせ、一帯は幻想的な景色となる。源氏蛍が成虫として夜空を舞うのはわずか10日ほど。その切なさ、儚さを詠った楽曲です。
