This is the first EP, and each of the three songs is written by a different member of the band. "Shirushi" expresses a view of love with the keyword of "last train" in the refreshing guitar sound and the rhythm of bass and drums consisting of four beats. "Chigu Hagu" matches the band's sound of a rock ballad that starts gently with lyrics that make you feel the mutuality between life-size values and others. The vigorous guitars and the snarling bass line that only a 5-string bass can provide. "Degrade" has lyrics sung as if shouting and a sound that makes you fall forward. The reason why we have unified not to use English or Kanji characters in the song titles is that we hope listeners will make small discoveries and that it means "COUNT UP" as a first step as a band.

    Formed in 2021, "chatnoir" is a 5-piece rock band. The band started with a single voice of R¥U(Ba.), and in 2022, they welcomed rio (Gt.)and became a 5-member band. ryota (Dr.), kouhei (Gt.), and haruki (Vo.) each write their own lyrics, and their sound has evolved since the beginning with their rich ideas in arrangement and composition. This experience has led each member to favor different genres and musical styles. As a result, some songs feature powerful vocals, delicate band sounds, and poetic lyrics that have been thought out over time, an idea unique to this five-member group. First EP "COUNT UP", released in December 2022, is the band's first EP album and marks a turning point for the band, with a lot of attention and time put into it.
