    [The Tale of the Ushitori] It was the Edo period, Ushitori village was a prosperous agricultural village with a lot of nature. In the midst of this hard life,the villagers enjoyed performing the peasant's kabuki theater "Ushitoriza" in various places besides farming. This peace was not to last for long, and suddenly one of the members of the group rebelled (the Ushitori Rebellion). Because of this, all the group members except Naruyoshi and Junzo defected and the "Ushitoriza" was suddenly forced to dissolve. Two peasant's are left in a decaying village where rice, wine and tears have dried up. With a desire to work, they form the angry peasant idol "SHINUSHIZA(NeoCattle)" in a corner of an abandoned village. They turned their persevering spirit into power, turning their machetes and hoes into guitars and creating many stray songs. A peasant & idol(double-jobbing/Nisokunowaraji ), having fun in a humble way!
