A slow ballad at 60 BPM, swaying in 12/8 triplets. Chorused clean guitar and fretless bass carry the temperature of dusk, and in the last chorus the drums open up wide for the first time. The goodbye doesn't hurt anymore. She could look at a summer without you and find it beautiful.
