The second collaborative single from Lisa Halim, a female singer-songwriter representing the Japanese surf music scene, and Drew Henmi, a surf singer-songwriter who is gaining attention in the Hawaiian music scene!
With a mix of English and Japanese lyrics, a pleasant acoustic sound, and a refreshing tempo, this song is sure to become a surf anthem around the world. The message we want to send out to the world on the theme of surfing is also a must-see.
The two musicians who love the ocean and surfing first met in May of this year (2022) at a live event at Fujisawa's 8 (Eight) Hotel. Their musicality rooted in acoustic sounds, their thoughts and approaches to environmental issues from a surfer's perspective, and their various ocean-themed messages coincided so well that it was hard to believe it was a coincidence that they were in Hawaii and Japan at the same time.
They quickly became friends and decided to produce collaborative works on each other's labels.
The first release, an acoustic cover of Coldplay's "YELLOW," was already released on Drew's label on 8/26/2022.

    A singer-songwriter, Lisa Halim loves surfing and beach culture who expresses and performs through her lifestyle. Her mellow lifestyle such as traveling and surfing, is much adored by the same generation female fans. Her soft voice and peaceful melody heals and affectionate lyric empathetically encourages all generation listener. After seven consecutive single releases from April 2021, on 30 March 2022, 'COLORS' is release, the full original album in three years.
