In November 2024, the unit name was changed to "Revolution special DRUM & Synthesizer". Lyrics and composition: Emaru Chiaki (Chiaki Ray-Jun Emmer) DRUMS: Hiroki Tominaga (Tominaga Hiroki) Synth: Chiaki Ray-Jun Emmer (Emaru Chiaki)Since 2018, they have been actively performing original songs on TV, radio, events and live shows mainly in the Kansai region with drums and synthesizers. The unit is made up of drummer Hiroki Tominaga and pianist Chiaki Emaru. From 2018 to 2020, they mainly played covers of Western music. From the latter half of 2020 to the summer of 2024, they performed original songs (instrumental). After about a year of maturation, Revolution plans to significantly expand their musical expression through videos and music, starting with a live performance at Maizuru City General Cultural Hall on November 3, 2024. Their third album will be released on December 22nd. The genres are diverse, including rock, electronic, house, jazz, and more.Profile of Tominaga Hiroki Started playing drums in the brass band during high school. After playing in bands of various genres, he has continued to play to this day. Profile of Emaru Chiaki Started learning the organ at the Yamaha Music School at the age of 3, and started piano at the age of 7. During high school, he took the Yamaha Electone School and a private teacher before going to music college. At the age of 29, he ran a piano lounge and piano bar, and was a professional businessman and pianist, but took a break from music for a while. He became a teacher in 2014, and resumed his musical activities in 2018, forming a unit with Tominaga Hiroki. Since 2020, he has been focusing on composing. In 2021, he joined the Rainbow cover band "GREENSLEEVES". His encounter with the organ and synthesizer brought about a major change in his composing and performance.
