UNITED CATSの1stアルバム『THE THEATRE』から9年の時を経て、UNITED CATSの2ndアルバムが遂にリリース！
「露のしずく」を意味するタイトルを冠したこのアルバムは、収録曲『Shiny Days』の歌詞を由来としており、しずくの波紋のように広がっていくフレッシュなサウンドを堪能することができます。
前作同様、バラエティ豊かなジャンルを織り交ぜた聞きごたえ抜群の10曲入り（CD版は限定のボーナストラックを含め11曲）。楽曲はボサノバ、ジャズ、ラテンハウス、エレクトロスウィング、Lo-fi HipHopなど多岐にわたり、うち4曲のアルバムリミックス版はオリジナル版から大幅にブラッシュアップされています。
また、巡音ルカファンの期待に応え、すべての楽曲に巡音ルカが登場する構成となっているところもポイント。
ジャケットイラストはボカロ調声師でもあるびび氏が担当。
