The new album by THE SALA, a new Irish rock band from Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, has arrived.
This is the first full-length album in three years from a band that has been independently creating a new frontier of Irish rock - rock x Irish x gospel.
The world that was infinitely wide open when I was a child and the world that I can no longer see as an adult.
The song expresses the worldview that serves as a boundary between the adults who waver between the two and the children who are living in their very adolescence.
The sunset we used to see after school and the many songs we sang there. Even though I've become an adult, yes, nothing has changed.
New Irish Rock Band from Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, started in 2012. With their unique musicality of "Rock x Irish x Gospel", they have been performing all over Japan with the belief that "music can change the world". They have also been actively involved in reconstruction support activities after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and have hosted their own charity festival "PLACE" since 2012, attracting 30,000 people in 2022.
