Ikumi Kumagai
A singer-songwriter from and residing in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. She is also a Kesennuma Port Ambassador. She made her major debut in 2009 and is active nationwide, appearing on numerous television and radio programs, and performing live.
