Artist Profile

  • EMURASTA

    Born 1979, Gifu, Japan. Living in Osaka. Belongs to the Romancrew / MC Formed Romancrew in 1999 in Amerika-mura, Osaka, and released an independent EP 'mi familia' in 2003. The following year he moved his base of activities to Tokyo. Released the EP 'Fly High' on P-VINE in 2004, two albums on the Aer-born label within Amuse from 2007 to 2008, and two albums on FILE RECORDS from 2011 to 2014, before suspending activities. He himself worked on classic car-related jobs in Osaka, and from 2019 he is currently engaged in new business development work in advanced technology during the weekdays. In 2021, he released 'Cherokee', which was the start of his solo career again. He also started the podcast 'Cry Wolf'. Mostly everything was fine, and there were a few things that really didn't matter. We are working at our own pace, with the hope that tomorrow will be even more carefree. (*You don't know.)
