Melody in the eyes" is an art book by Shizuka Kanata, which includes a CD with music inspired by 20 paintings by artist Kenichi Mori. This digital album contains the latter 10 tracks from the book. The cover art is a collage of Kenichi Mori's works, and while the colors are vivid, pop, and beautiful, it also contains philosophical thoughts and critical satirical ideas, creating a unique blend of pop and deep. Shizuka Kanata's music is a mixture of electric, acoustic, ambient, retro, hiphop, and other styles, combining pop and beauty with avant-garde, noise, and other deep elements. Shizuka Kanata's electric tracks are intertwined with violins, cellos, clarinets, accordions, classical vocals, raps, poetry readings, and a variety of effects to create an impression of each of Kenichi Mori's works. Shizuka Kanata
A solo project of Kazushi Tanaka, a composer, arranger, and producer of many artists such as sleepy.ab, and the head of Hokkaido's indie label Chameleon Lebel, Tanaka began his career as an artist in 2013 with the release of two albums, "Snow" and "Divine Hokkaido.In 2020, he formed the band YAYYAY with Yu (Vo,G, member of Chirinuruwaka), Anzu Suhara (Violin), and Junpei Hayashida (Cello) and released their first album. As for Kazushi Tanaka, he is working on various productions such as commercial music, event music, and theater music at the same time.
