Starting with "Yahata Gyoza Funky Soul," a gyoza song from the Yahata region of Kitakyushu that won the grand prize in a contest hosted by BiSH producer Matsukuma Kenta, the album also includes "Hakata Tetsunabe Romantic," a Hakata gyoza song composed by Matsukuma Kenta as a bonus for the grand prize. Once the gyoza are cooked, the show begins! The golden ratio of filling, dough, and rock. The most crispy-juicy masked band in history is born! Heavy drum beats entwined with groovy bass, and two guitars slicing through the air. They play a robust rock sound instantly recognizable as "the real deal," but the moment you see them, your mind will be dominated by gyoza. Every member wears a gyoza hat. And what they sing about is "Japanese Gyoza" itself. Their musicality is as flexible as gyoza wrappers. One moment, they'll have you pumping your fists to punchy, garlic-infused hard rock; the next, they'll draw tears with a gem of a ballad reminiscent of smooth, slippery boiled gyoza. Fronting the band is vocalist and guitarist "Gyoza Man Ore". He wields a one-of-a-kind gyoza-shaped guitar. From its body, recreating the perfect golden-brown grill marks, pours a rich, meaty distortion sound. "Gyoza Man Ore" is also the songwriter behind every track, composing over 40 songs. Beyond songs themed around dumplings themselves, he sings about the characteristics and history of regional dumplings from all over Japan, set to catchy melodies. The China dress dancers flanking him join in the chorus, making this a live act that truly delights both the eyes and ears. What's more, dumplings are cooked in real-time during the show and served to the audience. By the time the live show ends, you'll be satisfied with every sense!
