This song was created to be performed live as background music for a drama with drums, trumpet, trombone, accordion, and recorder. It has a serious melody to highlight the comedy of the performers' pants gradually coming off, but I think it can actually be used for serious scenes as well. It has some key sounds, so it's easy to match with stop-motion and posing movements. It's short, so it can also be used as a transition piece.
