This is Shake My Days' best album, depicting the pain and hope of youth with a cool and mellow sound of orthodox guitar pop. This album includes 12 songs selected from their 1st album "Isostasy" and 2nd album "Solenoid". This includes two TV program tie-up songs, numbers that have been played more than 40,000 to 80,000 times in Europe, mainly Italy, as well as popular live songs and new versions of the songs.     A straight and sentimental voice shakes your heart ... A high school girl in the middle of adolescence draws a page of youth. A unit of Mitsuki (Vo), an active high school girl, and Showky Saezawa (G), a producer. She seized the opportunity with her memorable "painful" voice, and made her debut in December 2021 with "Blue Sky Is Imitation / Canary". The song became the ending song for the TV show.The MV has been viewed more than 80,000 times, mainly in Italy and other countries.
