UEBO's first release of cover songs is an acoustic lovers' dub arrangement of timeless standards, a departure from Janet Kay's lovers' rock. All instruments were played by UEBO himself, and the dreamy dub mix was done by his close friend YUUKI KANAYA (from buzzy.).
A singer-songwriter from Chiba, Japan, who not only writes and composes music but also handles track-making and arrangement on their own. With Neo Surf Music as a central theme, their sound seamlessly blends authentic surf music with elements of folk, rock, reggae, and contemporary R&B/hip-hop, crossing eras and genres with a laid-back, genre-defying style that is uniquely their own. Their soft touch gives rise to melodies and vocals that linger in the listeners ear, creating songs that at times melt into everyday scenes and at other times transport you from the noise of daily life to the calm of a quiet beach.
