"STATIC SIGNALS" is an album that listens closely
to the signals still resonating beneath the noise and warnings of the modern world.

Disasters, environmental collapse, division, control, indifference-
the ten tracks collected here do not shout these themes directly,
but present them through sound, rhythm, and structure.
Beeps, warning tones, stomps, and repetitive beats are not used to provoke fear,
but to form a pulse that asks one question:
what will we choose now?

With this album, RADIAL VECTOR chose not to document destruction,
but to create music that carries memory forward.
Amid a reality buried in noise,
it reminds us that the planet is still breathing,
and that the future is quietly-yet unmistakably-waiting for our decision.

"STATIC SIGNALS" offers no clear answers.
