The title SERIOUSLY & JOKING carries the meaning of taking things seriously while still joking around.It is a project that blends humor with musical sincerity, transforming the chaos and emotions born from that contrast through 16s own perspective.
Moving between reality and ideals, pain and joy, seriousness and playfulness, SERIOUSLY & JOKING crosses genre boundaries and presents both where 16 is now and where he is headed next.

Born November 7, 2000, in Fukuoka. Released his 1st Album Moon and Sun in 2022 under THE NEVER SURRENDERS, a creative collective led by rapper ANARCHY. His solo work embodies a new melodic style distinct from his affiliated HIPHOP group Deep Leaf. He is a mixture artist who creates fresh sounds with a broad musical perspective and unconventional ideas. As his name suggests, he is a playful musician and rapper who remains outside the box and retains that teenage vibe.
