「ソノライフ」の2ndアルバム「素の生活」よりシングルカット配信リリースとなる「Abby Road」活動拠点としている千葉県は我孫子市から広がって行った「音の輪」そして応援をして下さっている皆様へ感謝の気持ちを込めて制作された楽曲である。アルバム「素の生活」はリリースまでの数年間の音楽活動を通して得られた経験を元に、楽曲作りを進めた結果。ジャズをベースとしたソノライフらしいお洒落なエッセンスはそのままに、ビックバンド調の楽しい曲から日常を唄ったボサノヴァ、刹那的なロックナンバー、ループドラムが印象的な抒情バラード、笑顔の見えそうなフォーキーソングなど。生音から打ち込みまで、幅広い音色を駆使して制作された多ジャンルの曲が並ぶ。何より、どの曲にも通づる「ポップス」の要素が「ソノライフ」の音楽である。そんなことを感じさせる作品だ。

    A duo unit consisting of YOSHKI CHISAKA on vocals and MITSURU KITADE on piano. Formed in 2010. The origin of the name of the unit comes from Chisaka's coined word, ``It is a life in which we enjoy playing our favorite music while relaxing our shoulders. Without being bound by a fixed genre, They advocate "music that expresses everyday scenery as it is" while drawing the essence of Pops, Rock, Jazz, Soul, and R&B. On November 23, 2011, they released their debut maxi single "Kimi no Koto". Starting with FM Yokohama, it was played on FM and AM radio stations all over the country, and attracted a lot of attention. In January 2013, They established their own label "86Music". They also produce radio programs and produces artists.
